First day of class

The first day of class was a nice introduction to the innovations course.  Probably the most meaningful exercise we did, in my opinion, was picking two random objects from the bucket then coming up with a activity that could be used.  It was a very creative way of getting the point across that no matter what kind of situation you are in, no matter was supplies you have, you can always think of something fun and exciting to have people participate in.  In our profession we always have to be on our toes and be able to think on the spot if something doesn't go exactly the way it was originally planned out, and this activity definitely helped us realized just that.
